The Property

A grade II listed building steeped in history, originally built in 1664 by the sheriff of Hull. This amazing building is part of Hull cities historical tour, in which people are told of the jewel encrusted rooms and tombs built into the entrance walls.  The property was transformed to offices in the late 90’s, when it was taken over as the Dutch Embassy.

Planning was achieved to convert this magical property to 12 self-contained apartments including duplex units, with handmade Italian spiral staircases.

Funding

The project was funded by Sourced Capital, in which they raised over £1,100,000 to transform this stunning property and bring it back to being part of the high street life.

The Exit

The property has been retained and rented to individuals looking to enjoy the spacious and quirky apartments, situated in the popular city centre.
